Return & Exchanges
Cutesense.com is pleasure to give you full refund or exchange within 15 days after the shipment on damaged/defected items or wrong item received or other reason.
Merchandise can be exchanged with the same product (if it is in stock), a different product of same value, or credit back to your account.
We will pay for returning shipping cost. After you receive retune label, just drop to the mail office.
Please contact us via e-mail, or through the 'Contact US' Form to request an authorization number (RMA) for returning the item. Please do not send us items before getting an authorization number.
Returned item(s) must be received within 10 days after the authorization number (RMA) is issued.
When returning merchandise, please include sender's name, reason for return, Return Authorization Number (RMA), and the original invoice.
Products not received within 10 days will be billed to the customer's account.
Processing of the return will take no longer than 7 days once Cutesense.com receives the products.
Shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer unless the return/exchange is due to an error by Cutesense.com. Less shipping and handling (please note that outbound shipping costs on items that originally received free shipping will be charged at the time of return). All of the merchandise we sell is brand new and has never been opened, and we do not return any used merchandise to our warehouse shelves to re-sell it as new. Therefore, all items must be returned in new, unopened re-saleable condition or a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 25% will apply. Furthermore, returned items must be complete with all original parts, accessories, and manufacturer packaging to be eligible for a credit. All returns are subject to inspection. Cutesense.com reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the condition and completeness of returned merchandise.
Cancel Order
Orders begin processing immediately after being placed, and therefore most orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed. If you would like to request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
